Emails are a new time operational.

All emails that were stuck in the queue will be send in the next few minute.

Update
One service is sending too much email due to bad configuration. Changes has been done.

On top of that a hot fix is running now to solve the issue

Because we excedeed the total amount of email per 24 hours we are not able to send email for now.
We are requesting our email provider to increase this amount
