An incident is affecting our online payment service and has prevented access to the Weezpay (cashless) back office.

Our teams are working full steam ahead to identify the cause of this incident and restore full service.

14h30 (UTC+2)
Approximately 80% of online payments fail; a slowdown in our payment APIs appears to be causing this unusually high failure rate for online transactions and triggering a cascade of issues in the Weezpay back office.

Our teams have identified an integration issue with one of our payment service providers (PSPs) as the cause of the incident; a fix is currently being rolled out.

The online payment service has resumed normal operations, and access to the Weezpay back office is once again fully operational. No data was lost, and a small number of online payments (online cashless top-ups and ticket sales) were successfully processed during the incident.

Only the Bancontact payment method remains affected; the technical team is working on a workaround.

Bancontact payments are once again available, and all of the platform's services are accessible and operational.

Un incident affecte notre service de paiement en ligne et rend inaccessible l’accès au Back-office Weezpay (cashless).

Nos équipes sont pleinement mobilisées pour identifier l’origine de cet incident et rétablir le fonctionnement complet du service.

Environ 80% des paiement en ligne sont en échec, un ralentissement de nos API de paiement semble entraîner ce taux d'échec inhabituellement élevé pour les transactions en ligne, et impacter en cascade le back office Weezpay.

Nos équipes ont identifié un problème d’intégration avec l'un de nos prestataires de services de paiement (PSP) comme cause de l'incident, un correctif est en cours de déploiement.

Le service de paiement en ligne a repris son fonctionnement normal et l’accès au back-office Weezpay est de nouveau pleinement opérationnel. Aucune donnée n’a été perdu et un faible taux de paiements en ligne (rechargement cashless en ligne et ventes de billets) ont toutefois pu aboutir pendant l’incident.

Seule la méthode de paiement Bancontact reste encore affectée, l’équipe technique travaille à une solution de contournement.

Les paiements par Bancontact sont de nouveaux possibles, l’ensemble des services de la plateforme sont de nouveau accessibles et opérationnels.
